      现代学徒制是学徒制的一种新形态。与传统学徒制相比,现代学徒制涉及的主体更多,关系也更加复杂。这一模式在西方发达国家取得了巨大成功。但在我国,其推进工作仍然面临着企业利益保障机制缺位等诸多障碍。分析因利益诉求不同而带来的障碍,提出相应的对策,对于现代学徒制实践具有重要的指导意义。
英文摘要:
      Modern apprenticeship is a new form of apprenticeship. Compared with traditional apprenticeship, modern apprenticeship involves more subjects and has more complicated relations. This model has been a great success in western developed countries. However, its entry into work still faces many obstacles in China, such as the absence of mutual-benefit system for companies. This paper analyses the obstacles caused by different interest demands, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, which is of great guiding significance for the modern apprenticeship.
