| 随着高校学报期刊编辑部数字化出版流程的复杂化和多样化，出版流程的风险也不断增加。因此，如何识别、分析、应对编辑出版流程中的风险成为编辑出版过程中各参与方需要妥善解决的问题。结合高校期刊编辑社的工作实际，提出了编辑出版流程全面风险管理的模型，并给出了可以在风险管理中运用的工具与方法。 |

| Convenient for readers and authors query platform. However, journals of colleges and universities as the journal editorial publishing process complicated and diverse, it increased the risk of publishing process. Therefore, how to identify, analyze, and deal with the risk in the editing and publication process become the process of editing and publication the parties need to properly solve the problem. In this paper, the author in the practical work of university journal editorial department, publishing process of comprehensive risk management model is put forward, and provides some useful tools and methods in risk management. |
