| Small, scattered and weak is a common phenomenon in scientific and technical periodicals of our country. To promote the cluster and scale construction of scientific and technological periodicals, is the direction of the development and reform of the periodicals. The mode and effect of the construction of the scientific and technological periodical group in China has been consulted and summarized, which can be helpful to the development direction of the common university periodicals. |
