| With the development of market economy and the accelerating of the popularization of higher education,the employment value orientation of the college students becomes diversified,realistic and utilitarian.Less attention on social value and more attention on personal values,practical benefits and vocational ability integration are more popular in the college students.The students’ employment view is relative maturity and they become more confident.It’s a task of top priority to strengthen the educating and guiding the to the college students on the value orientation of employment. |
