| Colleges and universities shoulder the sacred mission of cultural inheritance and innovation,and the service of community culture construction is also the mission of colleges and universities.Community service culture construction of colleges and universities is an inevitable trend of era development,choice of their own development strategy,real needs of the development of the community.Colleges and universities should establish an effective link mechanism,the feasible service mechanism,perfect safeguard mechanism and scientific evaluation mechanism to obtain the ideal effect in their own community service cultural construction rather than a mere displaying procedure. |
