| As is proved by Theorys and practices,emergency events can affect the banking system through financial behavior(such as herd behavior),public opinions and other channels,bringing about risks such as fame risks,market risks,credit risks,liquidity risks,etc.This effect mechanism is similar to the butterfly effect.Banks should improve their abilities in operation compliance,risk management and dealing with public opinions to avoid the butterfly effect caused by emergency events. |
