| 近年来,中国艺术品拍卖市场迅速发展起来,2011年艺术品拍卖年成交额达到553.53亿元,创下历史高峰.随着电子商务的高速发展,艺术品的网络拍卖应运而生,但艺术品网络拍卖的发展速度却不如传统拍卖和电子商务发展一般迅速.由此探讨了影响艺术品网络拍卖的由信息不对称导致的艺术品网络拍卖的逆向选择问题,并结合实际情况提出了具体的对策建议. |

| In recent years,Chinese art auction market is developing rapidly,the 2011 art auction turnover reached 55353000000 Yuan,marked a new peak.With the rapid development of e-commerce,the online auction of art emerges developed.But the pace of development of art online auction is not like the traditional auction and the electronic commerce development general quickly.This paper discusses some problems of art online auction appeared,and discussed the adverse selection problems of art online auction caused by asymmetry information,and combined with the actual situation,some suggestions were given. |
