| 清末实行的专利是近代中国从经济、制度领域模仿西方的重要表现之一.在其专利运行过程中,申请专利的物品是否获得批准,以及其独享专利的年限,一直是清末专利存在的重要问题.此外,清末各界为了更好地适应世界潮流,对外国专利进行了详细介绍,清政府为此制定专利章程,设立商部,以确保专利的正常运行;但在其具体实行过程中,仍存在大量问题,清末的舆论对此作了大量的评述. |

| The implementation of the patent is the important performance of modern China from economy,system field imitation of western.In the patent processing,patented items are approved,as well as its exclusive patent period,which has been the major problems of patent.In addition,from all walks of life in order to better adapt to the trend of the world,the foreign patent are introduced in this paper,the Qing government formulates the patent statute,the establishment of the Department of business,in order to ensure the normal operation of patent;but in the concrete implementation process,there are still a lot of problems,the public opinion on this made a lot of comments. |
