| 《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010—2020年）》指出：“要适应国家和社会发展需要，深化教育教学改革，创新教育教学方法，探索多种培养方式，探索贯穿各级各类教育的创新人才培养途径。”实践教育已成为高等教育发展的潮流，在高等教育中占有越来越重要的地位，实践教育对创新人才培养尤为重要。在分析水利院校实践教育现状及其对创新人才培养意义的基础上，提出了实践教育的建议。 |

| National long-term education reform and development plan(2010-2020) pointed out that education should adapt to the development needs of the country and society,deepen education reform,innovative teaching methods and explore ways to cultivate innovative talents throughout the education of all types and at all levels.At present,the practical education has become the trend of the development of higher education and plays a more and more important role which is especially important to cultivate the innovative talents.Based on analysis concludes of the importance on practice education to the innovative talents development and the existing problems and causes,this article has given suggestions on how to better develop practical education. |
