      发展中国家在独立之后纷纷发展经济、振兴教育,特别是自1993年9个人口大国全民教育计划会议以来,各国在普及教育方面均取得了一定成绩。但由于历史、文化、经济等方面的差异,在实现全民教育过程中遇到的问题不尽相同,其中以非洲及东南亚地区的教育普及程度尤为滞后。占世界人口五分之四的发展中国家,其教育的普及程度影响着世界全民教育的进程,而大多数发展中国家面临的最大难题就是为少数族裔特别是少数族裔女童普及教育。
英文摘要:
      the popularization of education in developing countries,whose population accounts for 4/5 of the world,impacts the process of the world EFA,while the biggest problem for most developing countries is girls’ education.The developing countries have been devoting to the economic development and the revitalization of education after their independence,especially,since the conference on education for all plan held by nine populous nations in 1993,great progress has been made in popularizing education.However,because of the differences in history,culture and economy,the problems vary in the development of EFA,among which,African and southern-east regions are lagging behind in particular.
