| Battle for control of the Gome has fully exposed the defects and the current lack of corporate governance.Through the battle,we can see the imbalance of its corporate governance structure,we can also see the overstaffed independent director and the crisis of the independent director system.In order to improve corporate governance,we should improve laws and regulations,establish and improve mechanisms and industry organizations and so on. |
