| 改革开放以来,我国个体、私营等非公有制经济不断发展壮大,已经成为我国特色社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分和促进社会生产力发展的重要力量,对于扩大社会就业、改善民生、和发展经济等各个方面发挥着重要作用.但是我国的非公有制经济发展仍然面临着观念、法治、政策和市场等诸多环境问题.要解决非公有制经济面临的发展环境问题,必须从政策、法律、舆论环境等几个方面努力. |

| Since our country carried out the reform and opening-up policy,the self-employed or private enterprises and other non-public sectors of the economy have developed fairly fast,which have become the important parts of China’s socialist market economy and major forces that push the society’s productive forces forward.They have played important parts in enlarging social employment,improvement people’s living standard and developing economy.The Seventeenth National Party Congress have brought forward definitely that it is necessary to improve the socialist basic economic system,and establishe and improve the socialist market economic system,as well as,it is necessary to Insist that we should continue to emancipate the mind and to encourage,support and guide the development of the non-public sectors of the economy unswervingly,in order to bring about a favorable environment for the development of them.However,there still exist many environmental problems,such as the rule of law,policy and market,in developing the non-public sectors of the economy.The paper mainly studies and analyses the environmental problems of non-public sectors of the economy and puts forward some good solutions of them. |
