| Based on the case study of college English department of Yancheng Institute of Technology,this paper mainly explores the position and function of college English departments in higher institutions.The conclusion is that the efficiency of college English departments is related not only to their own management,but also to to the cooperation of other departments,and that the efficiency of other departments is in turn related to the performance of college English departments. |
