| The educational administration files,which are the best basis of summarizing teaching activities and mastering teaching regularities and also the important basis of formulating and editing teaching projects and plans,comprehensively record and reflect the most fundamental function of colleges——teaching activities.Among the educational administration files,the teachers’ vocational materials such as typical teaching plans,class handouts,teaching experience summaries,and so on,possess obvious stimulating roles with regard to enhancing teaching levels,teaching effects and promoting teaching reforms.This article focuses on expounding the educational administration files’ contents and its use value,analyzing the present situation of the educational administration files management and putting forward solutions to strengthening the scientific management of the educational administration files at colleges. |
