| 调处商事纠纷是中国近代商会的主要职能之一.与以往的民间调解不同,清末商会调处商事纠纷的职责明确,有固定的常设机构,并制订了专门的理案规则,理案程序规范.清末商会调处商事纠纷的规范化发展,使商会理案成为优质的民间司法资源,并在民国时期改组为商事公断处,纳入了国家司法改革的法制化轨道. |

| Mediating disputes is one of the main functions at Chamber of Commerce in modern China.Compared with the non-governmental mediation in the past,Chamber of Commerce of late Qing Dynasty had clear mediation responsibilities,fixed permanent,formulated mediation rules.Chamber of Commerce of late Qing Dynasty became high-quality judicial resources,and restructureed to the Commercial Arbitration Department in the Republic of China. |
