| 高等教育在建设社会主义新农村方面承担着责无旁贷、义不容辞的神圣使命和社会责任,关键是要打通毕业生通向农村的道路,这就需要高校在专业设置上增加和恢复原有的涉农专业,有针对性地培养农村建设所需要的人才;在招生政策上施行倾斜、优惠政策,引导高中毕业生报考涉农院校与专业;在应、往届高中毕业生中实行对口定向招生,培养留得住用得上的永久牌扎根型人才;提高去农村等艰苦地区高校毕业生的经济待遇,鼓励其到农村去就业创业;加强高校毕业生的思想教育,引导其到农村去建功立业,为新农村的全面小康社会建设做出自己的新贡献. |

| There is no shirking responsibility for higher education in building a new socialist countryside,which is also the sacred mission and social duty.The key to the problem is to let graduates have access to the countryside,which requires colleges and universities add and restore specialities concerning farming and train more talents aiming at the needs of building the countryside.On the other hand,priority should be given to the admission policy, so as to guide senior high school graduates to apply to agricultural higher schools or specialities.In addition,the admission policy of enrolling senior high school graduates fitting in with their vocational training or specialities and of direction should be put into force so that the talents,who will stay,work,and take root in the countryside are turned out.Those graduates who work at such tough areas as countryside should have more favorable economic treatment and be encouraged to start their career there.Hence,the ideology education of college graduates should be intensified in order to guide them to make great contributions and accomplish great tasks in building a new socialist countryside. |
