地方高校作为我国高等教育体系的主体和重要组成部分,应进一步强化高等教育质量意识,准确把握高等教育质量的内涵,树立正确的教育质量观,从内部构建和外部监控两个方面着手,构建教育质量保障体系.

英文摘要:

Local universities,a major part of higher education system in China,should strengthen the sense of higher education quality,accurately command its connotation,establish the right education quality outlook and construct its guarantee system from the aspects of inner building and outer supervision.
