| 经济增长理论是社会经济发展实践的理论反映,源于斯密和李嘉图为代表的古典经济学派,是二战后在发达国家广泛流行的经济理论.但是,发达国家经济学家自身存在的认识论缺陷使其不可能科学完整地建立经济增长理论及模型,因此必须遵循马克思的方法论从理论为实际的反映入手建立科学模型,并以此指导中国经济增长问题的研究以及经济增长方式的转变实践.转变经济增长方式要与工业结构的调整相结合,培植和发展主导工业、改造传统工业、发展高新技术工业,从而在提高整体工业竞争力升级产业结构的同时,建立起与人口、资源、环境相协调的高效利用能源的工业体系. |

| It is an understanding angle of the general industry development to raise and develop the predominating industry,reform the traditional industry and develop the high new technique industry.It is also an important method to understanding problems caused in the course of the industry structural adjustment.Based on this,the strategy of the important industry projects leading can be carried out in real practice.And large-scale projects with high radiation will be under construction,to raise the industrial competing ability,turn the new high technique into business and promote the upgradation of the industrial structure. |
