行政行为的附款是对行政行为的内容进行补充和限制的附加规定,共分五种.附款必须合法,有瑕疵的附款应予以撤销或确认无效,否则有可能影响行政行为的效力.

英文摘要:

The additional clauses of administrative action are the attached provisions which supplement and confine the content of administrative action.There are five kinds of the additional clauses.The attached provisions should be lawful and a flawed additional clause should be revoked or be affirmed invalid and may influence the binding effect of administrative action.
