| In order to save the country by means of enterprises,Zhangjian launched the development along the tidal land of northern Jiangsu Province.The development took three different forms,under the leadship of the firms,the private sector,and the democratic government.This paper first analyzes the beginning,the development,and the decline of the firm development.Then it focuses the analysis on the private development as well as the cause and mode that the farmers were involved in the firm development.Finally the paper gives a brief description of the development under the leadership of the democratic government. |
