高校扩招以来,大学英语精读大班课日趋普遍,给课堂教学带来了许多问题.从现状分析入手,理论探讨和教学实践相结合,探讨大学英语精读大班课教学模式,并提出以多媒体课堂教学为主,辅之以其它教学策略,是提高英语精读大班课堂教学效果的主要途径.

Based on first-hand classroom observation, teachers’ participation and students’ feedback, this study aims to explore useful and practicable strategies to meet the challenges in large reading class instruction of college English.
