| 针对电大五年制高职学生素质的现状与社会经济发展对其要求之间的落差,提出了建构以人文素质、终身学习素质、创业素质为三维的素质结构的设想,对每种素质的内涵及三者关系进行了分析,就教育观念、课程体系、教师素质等方面构建这一素质结构提出了建议. |

| Based on meeting the challenge of future and facing the gas between the quality of students in TVU and the need of economic development, the paper suggests a construction of the quality that include humanities, lifelong education and innovation. Furthermore, the content of every quality and the relations of them are mentioned. In the end, it gives some advice on educational conception, curriculums, the quality of teachers and so on for the construction of the quality model. |
