| The author elaborates on the only purpose of running a library-Reader First-from the new connotation of the Party’s edcuational policy; emphasizes that this thought is the requisition of "Serve the People" in the new times. This thought is also the inevitable choice under the market economy situation and the pressing need to do the library work ell, and it is the inheritance and development of the advanced idea of running a library in the modern times. Finally, the author explains how to stick to the principle, that is to serve the readers by all staff、 during the whole process、all-aroundly and whole heartedly. |
