| Letter of Credit (L/C) is one of the most important means of payment in the international trade. Whether the L/C is paid or accepted depends on the documents submitted. In the actual operation, the most difficult matter facing the bank is on what criterion the bank will deal with the documents so that the bank can effectively avoid some risks. This article will give us some ideas. |
