| 系统阐释地方应用型高校服务新质生产力发展的战略内涵,聚焦"党建+产教科城"双轮协同发展的创新理念,深度剖析当前实践中存在的体制机制壁垒、资源协同困境、能力建设滞后与成效评价缺失等瓶颈,并以南京工程学院发展实践为例,从党建引领、产教融合、科创转化、校城共建等多个角度分析,提出系统性思考和对策建议。 |

| This paper expounds the connotation of the strategy of local application-oriented universities serving the development of new quality productive forces. Focusing on the innovative concept of dual-driving synergistic development model of "party building plus the collaboration between industry, education, science, city", it analyzes the predicaments, such as barriers in institutions, dilemmas in resource integration, inadequate capacity building, and insufficient performance evaluation. This paper make an empirical study on Nanjing Institute of Technology, suggesting the countermeasures from multiple dimensions: Party building leadership, integration of industry and education, transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and collaboration between university and city. |
