| From the perspective of collaboration among four stakeholders-the government, colleges, enterprises, and graduates-this paper proposes a differentiated practical path, which includes enhancing policy support, optimizing talent cultivation, upgrading the employment service model, and strengthening graduates' comprehensive competence. This study provides a theoretical basis and policy reference for promoting employment of university graduates in the era of new quality productive forces. |
