| 针对应用型本科高校学生评教制度存在的重“满意度”轻“获得感”、指标同质化、与产业需求脱节等问题,基于学生主体理论、成果导向教育(OBE)理论及教育质量保障理论,系统阐释“满意度”与“获得感”的辩证关系与协同内涵。确立以学生为中心、协同适配等核心原则,构建“目标引领、多维评价、深度应用、持续改进”的评教制度框架,提出优化双维度指标体系、建立多元协同评教机制、搭建动态评教平台、强化保障体系建设的实施路径,旨在通过评价改革引导教学聚焦学生成长、推动应用型本科高校实现内涵式发展。 |

| The teaching evaluation system in application-oriented undergraduate universities is confronted with many problems: over-emphasis on students' satisfaction, homogenized evaluation indicators and deviation from industrial demands. Based on the student subjectivity theory, Outcome-Based Education (OBE) theory and education quality assurance theory, this paper elaborates on the dialectical relationship between satisfaction and sense of gain and the connotation of their synergy. It adheres to the principle of student-centeredness and coordination, proposing the teaching evaluation system featured with goal-orientation, multi-dimensional assessment, in-depth application and continuous improvement. It suggests practical approaches: to optimize the two-dimensional evaluation indicator system, establish a diversified and collaborative teaching evaluation system, build a dynamic evaluation platform, and improve the comprehensive support system. It calls for evaluation reform and more attention on student growth, promoting the connotative development of education in application-oriented undergraduate universities. |
