| Against the backdrop of rapidly aging population and sweeping technological empowerment, the transformation of precise supply of sports services for older adults has become a key priority for both policy and technology. This paper examines the alienation that accompanies the expansion of technological rationality, focusing on a central dilemma: the standardized and digitalized supply of sports services fails to account for the personalized demands of older adults. And humanistic values have been systematically marginalized. Drawing on critical discourse analysis and interdisciplinary theories, this study identifies three causes of this alienation: the degradation of the human subjectivity of older adults, the individual detachment from social relations, and the hollowing out of humanistic values. The analysis suggests that such alienation stems from the colonization of the lifeworld by instrumental technological rationality. In response, the researchers propose a techno-humanistic symbiotic paradigm, grounded in an epistemological shift toward the priority of humanistic values, institutional innovation through Value Sensitive Design (VSD), and the application of embodied cognitive technologies. This research seeks to promote aging with dignity by striking a balance between efficiency and humanistic values, delivering sports services for older adults rooted in lived experience. |
