| 构建了“情—势交互”的整合性分析框架,以S开发区的违建拆除为例,对征迁治理的深层运作逻辑进行揭示。研究发现,征迁治理可以划分为有情—无势、无情—有势、有情—有势三种类型,情感治理构成以势治理的内在基础,以势治理构成情感治理的外在动力,“情—势交互”使得征迁治理得以顺利展开,并且有助于深化对征迁治理运作逻辑的理论认知。 |

| Existing studies have offered in-depth analyses of land acquisition and housing demolition, yet the operational logic rooted in the interaction between sentiment and political potential energy remains to be explored. This study constructs an integrated analytical framework based on the interaction between sentiment and political potential energy. Taking the demolition of illegal buildings in development zone S as a case, it reveals the underlying operational logic. The research finds that the expropriation and demolition can be categorized into three categories: governance with sentiment but no political potential energy, governance with political potential energy but no sentiment, and governance with both sentiment and political potential energy. Sentiment-based governance constitutes the internal foundation of potential-driven governance, while potential-driven governance serves as the external driving force for sentiment-based governance. The effective interaction between sentiment and political potential energy facilitates the implementation of expropriation and demolition. This study provides theoretical reference for the operational logic of land expropriation and housing demolition. |
