| 网络空间已成为民主政治发展的新场域,网络空间全过程人民民主的良性运行有利于维护认同主体的政治表达权、政治参与权、政治监督权,为政治认同的生成、扩展与升华提供了重要支撑。同时,政治认同也是网络空间全过程人民民主发展的重要基础和动力源泉。网络空间全过程人民民主拓展了民众利益实现的空间和渠道,构建了科学化的制度链条,提升了民主的制度效能,坚持了马克思主义的根本立场和“人民至上”的基本准则,从而推动了利益认同、制度认同、价值认同的全方位实现。然而,面对一系列现实挑战,仍需强化党对网络空间全过程人民民主的全面领导,筑牢网络空间全过程人民民主技术底座,优化网络空间全过程人民民主制度设计,推进网络空间全过程人民民主话语传播,从而不断汇聚起政治认同磅礴之力,画出最大同心圆。 |

| Cyberspace has emerged as a new arena for the development of democratic politics. The healthy operation of the whole-process people's democracy in the internet is conducive to safeguarding the identity subjects' rights for expression, participation, and supervision, and provides important support for the generation, expansion, and sublimation of political identity. Meanwhile, political identity is the foundation and driving force for the development of the whole-process people's democracy in the cyberspace. The aforesaid democracy has expanded the space and channels for realizing public interests, constructing a scientific institutional chain, enhancing the efficiency of democratic institutions, adhering to the fundamental stance of Marxism and the basic principle of putting the people first, and thus promoting the all-round recognition of interest, institution and value. In the face of a series of practical challenges, it is necessary to strengthen the Party's comprehensive leadership over the whole-process people's democracy in the cyberspace, enhancing the technical support, improving the institution, promoting the discourse dissemination, consolidating and converging political identity to reach greater consensus. |
