| 就业是最基本的民生,大学生的就业质量直接关系到国家战略人才储备与社会稳定。基于“三全育人”理念,系统梳理相关研究脉络,深入剖析当前高校就业工作在协同机制、过程衔接、资源整合等方面存在的结构性问题,探索构建“全员参与、全程贯穿、全方位联动”的“慢就业”治理路径,为促进高校毕业生更加充分更高质量就业提供理论支撑与实践指引。 |

| Employment is the most fundamental aspect of people's livelihood. Based on the concept of "three comprehensive education," this paper systematically reviews the relevant research, analyzes the structural problems in current university employment work concerning collaborative mechanisms, process coordination, and resource integration, and explores the construction of a "slow employment" governance pathway characterized "full participation, full-process integration, and all-round linkage. " This study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting more adequate and higher-quality employment of college graduates. |
