| This paper analyzes the causes of contradictions and governance dilemmas arising from the mismatch between the logic of academic autonomy in universities and the logic of cross-sectoral collaboration with industries. Then, this paper expounds on the feasibility of transforming industry-education integration into a bidirectional symbiotic model from three dimensions:government-led institutional innovation, supply-side structural reform in universities, and in-depth industrial participation, so as to resolve institutional dilemmas and enhance the effectiveness of quality assurance. |
