| 在百年未有之大变局下,中华文化为全球治理提供了中国智慧,成为应对全球性危机、民粹主义、单边主义抬头的关键。在文明互鉴理念下,推进中华文化国际传播的目标,是阐释中国发展模式的全球价值,塑造国家及国民形象,创新文明对话机制及构建人类命运共同体。把握好天下观、仁爱思想、勇毅精神及和合理念等内容,结合中华文化国际传播的问题,探索出跨文化传播适配体系、革新传播话语体系、健全内容创作体系等策略。 |

| In the unprecedented great changes, Chinese cultural values have provided Chinese wisdom for global governance and become the key to addressing global crises, populism, and unilateralism. Under the concept of mutual learning among civilizations, the goal of promoting the international dissemination of Chinese culture is to articulate the global value of China's development model, shape the image of the country and its people, innovate mechanisms for civilizational dialogue, and build a community with a shared future for mankind. By embracing concepts such as a global vision, benevolence, courage and perseverance, and harmony, and by addressing the challenges in the international dissemination of Chinese culture, this study explores strategies including the development of a cross-cultural communication adaptation system, the innovation of communication discourse systems, and the improvement of content creation systems. |
