| 党的十八大以来,党中央审时度势提出了建设"健康中国"的战略决策。追根溯源,"健康中国"建设有着深厚的马克思主义理论渊源,是对马克思恩格斯关于维护无产阶级生命健康权、国家应该保卫人民健康、健康是一切价值的源泉等健康思想的传承和发展。"健康中国"建设"以人民为中心"的价值意蕴体现在一心为民的执政理念、优先发展人民健康、满足人民群众对健康生活的新期盼以及助力中国梦的实现等方面,而创新发展、协调发展、绿色发展、开放发展和共享发展是"健康中国"建设得以落到实处的重要路径。 |

| Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the CPC Central Committee has, based on its assessment of the situation, made the strategic decision to build a "Healthy China. " Tracing its theoretical origins, the "Healthy China" initiative has a profound foundation in Marxist theory, representing the inheritance and development of Marx and Engels' ideas on health—specifically, safeguarding the proletariat's right to life and health, the state's duty to protect the people's health, and health as the source of all value. The people-centered value of the "Healthy China" initiative is embodied in a governance philosophy committed to serving the people, prioritizing the development of people's health, meeting the people's new expectations for a healthy life, and contributing to the realization of the "Chinese Dream. " Innovative development, coordinated development, green development, open development, and shared development are important pathways for the implementation of the "Healthy China" initiative. |
