| 就业是最基本的民生，大学生的就业质量直接关系到国家战略人才储备与社会稳定。基于“三全育人”理念，系统梳理相关研究脉络，深入剖析当前高校就业工作在协同机制、过程衔接、资源整合等方面存在的结构性问题，探索构建“全员参与、全程贯穿、全方位联动”的“慢就业”治理路径，为促进高校毕业生更加充分更高质量就业提供理论支撑与实践指引。 |

| Employment is the most fundamental aspect of people's livelihood. Based on the concept of "three comprehensive education, " this paper systematically reviews the relevant research, analyzes the structural problems in current university employment work concerning collaborative mechanisms, process coordination, and resource integration, and explores the construction of a "slow employment" governance pathway characterized "full participation, full-process integration, and all-round linkage. " This study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting more adequate and higher-quality employment of college graduates. |
