| Taking the digital village construction in Yancheng as its research subject, this study proposes that, at the strategic pathway level, efforts should focus on building an intelligent talent cultivation system to enhance the digital literacy of diverse entities through a tiered and classified training mechanism, creating a deeply integrated industrial system to promote the application of digital technology across the entire agricultural industry chain, and establishing a targeted livelihood security system to achieve equal access to basic public services through smart assistance platforms. At the policy support leve, the study advocates innovating policy support mechanisms, improving the financial service system, optimizing the industrial development environment, and refining the data factor market. At the implementation guarantee level, it entails strengthening organizational safeguards, enhancing infrastructure, and establishing an evaluation mechanism. By systematically promoting the deep integration of digital technologies with all aspects of rural development, a virtuous cycle is formed in which digital technology fosters agricultural development, increases farmers' income, and promotes rural prosperity, thereby providing strong support for solidly advancing common prosperity. |
