      培育和建设高校基层党建工作品牌是破解新时代党建工作难题、激发组织活力、提升发展动能的有效途径。当前高校基层党建工作仍然存在着工作方法创新不足、同业务融合发展不充分、党建工作特色不明显等问题。针对高校基层党建工作存在的问题,通过进一步加强党建品牌建设,并在党建品牌设计、品牌培育、品牌实施、品牌评价、品牌推广等方面,积极探索高校基层党建品牌建设的优化路径,扎实做好新时代高校基层党建工作。

      Cultivating and building distinctive brands for university grassroots party building work serves as an effective approach to address party building challenges in the new era, stimulate organizational vitality, and enhance development momentum. Currently, grassroots party building in universities faces several challenges, including insufficient innovation in working methods, inadequate integration with professional activities, and lack of distinctive characteristics. This paper addresses these issues by exploring optimization strategies through brand development, focusing on brand design, cultivation, implementation, evaluation, and promotion. These efforts aim to strengthen grassroots party building work in universities for the new era.
