      新中国75年来的流通业,先后经历了计划经济下的统购统销阶段、改革发展阶段、对外开放试点阶段、全面对外开放阶段、开放统一型流通大国发展阶段、现代流通体系构建阶段等六大发展阶段,实现了从“跟跑”到“并跑”再到“领跑”的历史性跨越式创新发展。75年来的中国流通业,从服务计划经济发展到改革探索再到开放竞争,作为服务经济增长的重要组成部分,在流通主体多元化、流通业态多样化、流通市场规模化、降本增效显著化等方面取得了巨大的成效。探索形成了以开放促改革、助推流通业创新发展,以技术创新促业态迭代、推进流通业数字化发展,以健全流通管理体制、优化流通发展环境,以构建现代流通体系、服务经济高质量发展等的中国特色流通发展模式。新发展阶段的流通业高质量发展,要以数字技术创新为核心,加快流通业创新发展;以提升国际竞争力为依托,加快培育发展世界一流现代流通企业;以全国统一大市场建设为抓手,提升消费对经济增长的主引擎作用;以城乡区域协调发展为动能,加快构建现代流通体系。
英文摘要:
      Over the past 75 years, China's distribution industry has undergone six developmental stages: unified purchase and marketing under the planned economy, reform and development, pilot opening-up, comprehensive opening-up, development as an open and unified distribution power, and modern distribution system construction. This progression represents a historic leap from "following" to "parallel running" and finally to "leading" through innovative development. As a crucial component of the service economy, the industry has evolved from serving the planned economy through reform exploration to open competition, achieving significant progress in diversifying distribution entities and formats, expanding market scale, and improving cost-efficiency. China has developed a distinctive distribution model characterized by promoting reform through opening-up, advancing digital transformation through technological innovation, optimizing the management system and development environment, and building a modern distribution system to serve high-quality economic development. In the new development stage, high-quality growth should focus on digital technology innovation, accelerating the development of world-class modern distribution enterprises, enhancing consumption's role as the main economic driver through unified market construction, and establishing a modern distribution system driven by coordinated urban-rural development.
