International awareness is a crucial quality that university teachers should possess in the new era. It reflects not only their thinking patterns and value orientations, but also their conscious pursuit of high-quality thinking and transcendent perspectives. This awareness encompasses their international knowledge base, cross-cultural communication abilities, and attitudes toward global issues. Enhancing university teachers′ international awareness helps improve their political literacy, teaching effectiveness, and ability to cultivate students' moral character. Effective measures for developing such awareness include stimulating intrinsic motivation, expanding developmental pathways, and optimizing faculty composition. |
