In the context of delayed retirement policies, the editing industry, as a core part of the cultural industry, finds its internal intergenerational collaborative innovation mechanism particularly important. The professional identity of editors directly affects their willingness and behavior in knowledge inheritance, which in turn influences the growth of new editors and the industry′s overall innovation level. The rich experience of senior editors and the innovative thinking of new editors are integrated through intergenerational collaboration, promoting the continuous updating and improvement of the knowledge system in the publishing industry. Through intergenerational collaboration, innovation mechanisms should be established and optimized, thereby promoting the prosperity and development of the entire industry. |
