| 高校辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量。随着改革开放的不断深入，中国社会急速转型，社会环境与意识形态都发生了不容忽视的转变。本文从高校辅导员廉政问题现状出发，阐述廉政文化建设的必要性。梳理高校辅导员工作主要廉政防控风险点并进行风险原因分析，提出构建廉政文化建设新模式、加强廉政思想教育、规范落实岗位廉政监督及提升辅导员职业幸福感等风险防控路径。 |

| University counselors are the backbone of ideological and political education for university students. With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, Chinese society has undergone rapid transformation, resulting in significant changes in the social environment and ideology that cannot be ignored. This article begins by examining the current integrity issues among university counselors and elaborates on the necessity of building a culture of integrity. It identifies the main risk points for integrity prevention and control in the work of university counselors and analyzes the reasons for these risks. The paper proposes risk prevention and control strategies, including building a new model for fostering a culture of integrity, strengthening integrity education, standardizing the implementation of integrity supervision in counselors′ positions, and enhancing the professional well-being of counselors. |
