| 具有200多年历史的“国家非物质文化遗产”淮剧，在现代戏创作方面走在全国前列，淮剧诞生地盐城因此被誉为“现代戏之乡”。现代淮剧《小镇》，通过当代题材的现代性开掘、“秘中密”的冲突结构、戏曲程式上的创新等手段，聚焦当代中国人“自我”与“本我”的冲突，讲述了一则现代化语境中的人性之殇和慎独型君子人格复归的故事。《小镇》以“朱老爹”“朱文轩”“朱小轩”等代际人物形象的塑造，传达了当代人身上的家国情怀、现代意识和廉洁自省观念。《小镇》被誉为“近年来中国优秀的现实题材地方戏曲”，获得“第十五届中国文化艺术政府奖·文华大奖”。《小镇》里程碑式的实验成果，为探索传统戏曲的创造性转化和创新性发展，提供了独特的样本和经验。 |

| With a history of over 200 years, Huai Opera, the National Intangible Cultural Heritage, has taken the lead in modern play creation, and its birthplace, Yancheng, is acclaimed as the Hometown of Modern Drama. The modern Huai Opera Small Town, adapted from Mark Twain's novel The Man That Corrupted Hadleyburg, focuses on the conflict between "self" and "id" of contemporary Chinese people through contemporary thematic exploration, the conflict structure of nested secrets, and innovation in the opera′s conventions. It tells a story of the tragedy of human nature in the context of modernization and the return of the self-disciplined gentleman′s character. Small Town conveys the contemporary people′s sentiments of patriotism, modern consciousness, and the concept of integrity and self-examination through the portrayal of generational characters such as "Old Zhu, " "Zhu Wenxuan, " and "Zhu Xiaoxuan. " Small Town is hailed as one of China′s excellent local operas with realistic themes in recent years and has won the 15th Chinese Culture and Arts Government Award-Wenhua Award. The milestone experimental achievements of Small Town provide a unique sample and experience for exploring the creative transformation and innovative development of traditional opera. |
