| 立足本科教育教学审核评估实践，从二级学院教学档案与审核评估的关系出发，分析二级学院教学档案的特点及其数字化管理存在的主要问题，主张从建立新型数字化管理制度、提升档案数字化建设水平、建设档案数字化专业人才队伍和提高资源开发利用及信息安全意识等方面提升二级学院教学档案数字化管理水平。 |

| Based on the practice of undergraduate education teaching audit evaluation, this study examines the relationship between teaching archives in university faculties and audit evaluations. It analyzes the characteristics of teaching archives in university faculties and the main issues in digital management. The study advocates for improving the digital management of teaching archives in university faculties through the establishment of new digital management systems, enhancement of digital construction, development of professional teams for digital archives, and increased awareness of resource development, utilization, and information security. |
