| 地方应用型本科高校致力于服务地方经济发展和产业需求，着重强化学生的工程和技术应用能力。高校通过加强与企业的紧密合作，推动产教深度融合，共同致力于人才培养，在人才培养体系设计、校企资源整合、就业平台搭建以及师资力量提升等方面进行全面改革，构建地方应用型高校面向产业的工程人才培养新机制，促进学生素质全面提升，不断提高就业创业能力。 |

| Local applied universities are dedicated to serving local economic development and meeting industrial needs, with a focus on enhancing students′ engineering and technical application abilities. By strengthening close cooperation with enterprises and promoting deep industry-education integration, these universities work together on talent cultivation. Comprehensive reforms are implemented in the design of talent cultivation systems, integration of university-enterprise resources, establishment of employment platforms, and enhancement of faculty capabilities. This aims to build a new mechanism for cultivating engineering talents oriented towards industry in regional applied universities, thereby promoting the overall improvement of student quality and continuously enhancing their employability and entrepreneurial capabilities. |
