Through interviews, survey data analysis, and practical exploration, this paper explores the significance of ball sense training in football teaching. It introduces the factors affecting the effectiveness of ball sense training, analyzes the current state of such training, and identifies issues such as a lack of real-game scenarios in training content, monotonous training methods, low student interest, the need for improved teaching skills among instructors, and the neglect of students′ psychological guidance. The study proposes strategic measures to optimize ball sense training methods in football teaching. |
