| The "Engaging Four Practices by Going Down to the Community Level" is a working method gradually developed by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his tenure in Ningde. This method integrates the Marxist concept of the masses with concrete practice and traditional Chinese culture, serving as a vivid example of Xi Jinping′s thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, nurtured and practiced in Fujian. The essence of the "Engaging Four Practices by Going Down to the Community Level" lies in serving the people, emphasizing the goal of improving their welfare and livelihood; the people are both the starting and ending point of this method. The key element is action, advocating the implementation of the "Four Personal Commitments" to realize the "Engaging Four Practices by Going Down to the Community Level".
