数据素养是指在法律和伦理的许可范围内,人们形成对数据的识别、收集、分析、处理、利用,并能对数据具有创新性思维的能力。提高辅导员数据素养,国家的发展规划是其逻辑起因,高校育人实际是其必然要求,辅导员队伍建设是其内生动力。提高辅导员数据素养,需要国家从课程建设、标准修订和基地培育,学校从平台建设、制度完善和技术指导,辅导员从强化意识、提升技能和知行合一等方面共同着力,从而全面提升辅导员的数据素养和育人实效。 |

Data literacy refers to the ability of people to identify, collect, analyze, process, and use data, and to have innovative thinking about data, within the scope of law and ethics. Improving the data literacy of counselors, the national development plan is the logical cause, the actual education of colleges and universities is its inevitable requirement, and the construction of the counselor team is its endogenous driving force. To improve the data literacy of counselors, the country needs to make joint efforts from curriculum construction, revision of standards and base cultivation, schools need to make joint efforts from platform construction, system improvement and technical guidance, counselors strengthen awareness, improve skills and integrate knowledge and action, so as to comprehensively improve the date literacy and educational effectiveness of counselors. |
