Strengthening the legal protection of personal bioinformation can solve the legal risks faced in the application of biological information technology, thereby safeguarding human rights, safeguarding personal privacy, safeguarding public interests, and promoting economic and technological development. In the context of big data, this paper combines the concept, characteristics, and nature of personal biological information to provide legal protection from the perspectives of judicial relief, strengthening administrative supervision, and legal protection norms, in order to improve the shortcomings of traditional legal protection of personal biological information, safeguard the personal rights of rights holder, social benefits, and ethical ethics. |
