| 近几年来，我国老龄化程度在不断提高，养老问题也逐渐成为影响当今社会不可忽视的重要问题。通过收集江苏省盐城市社会养老服务建设的相关文献以及数据为案例发现，盐城市养老问题对应的发展需求越来越高，而目前盐城市公共养老服务存在缺少个性化服务、城乡社会养老服务不平衡、社会养老服务队伍相对薄弱、养老服务缺少完整的监督、养老服务机制不健全等问题。从推动养老服务更多元化个性化、推动城乡养老服务协同发展、培养专业人才，促进社会力量参与盐城市社会养老服务、加强政府部门对养老工作的监督管理、健全养老服务体制机制五个方面提出解决问题的建议和对策。 |

| In recent years, the degree of aging in China has been continuously improving, and the issue of elderly care has gradually become an important issue that cannot be ignored in today′s society. Through the collection of relevant literature and data on the construction of social elderly care services in Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, as a case study, we found that the development demand corresponding to the elderly care problem in Yancheng City is getting higher and higher. However, at present, there are some problems in Yancheng City′s public elderly care services, such as the lack of personalized services, the imbalance between urban and rural social elderly care services, the relatively weak social elderly care service team, the lack of complete supervision of elderly care services, and the imperfect elderly care service mechanism. This article will describe the countermeasures to solve the above problems from five aspects: promoting the diversification and personalization of elderly care services, promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural elderly care services, cultivating professionals, promoting social forces to participate in Yancheng social elderly care services, strengthening the supervision and management of government departments on elderly care work, and improving the elderly care service system and mechanism. |
