      平台经济时期,劳动力的不确定性构成了目前平台企业的管理风险。已有研究关注到了平台对配送员的劳动过程施以控制。以网约配送平台的劳动组织形式为切入点,研究平台是如何有效构建劳动秩序的。网约配送行业存在正式和非正式就业共存的现象,平台一方面以灵活就业的口号积极吸纳劳动者不断进入行业,另一方面则对全职骑手施以奖励措施以提高就职忠诚度,利用不同用工模式的特点和自适应的管理制度方式实现对劳动秩序的塑造。
英文摘要:
      In the period of platform economy, the uncertainty of labor force constitutes the management risk of platform enterprises within period. Previous studies had focused on the control platforms exert on the labor process of deliverers. This study takes the labor organization form of outbound platform as the starting point to study how to effectively build labor order on the platform. Formal and informal employment exist in the food delivery industry. On the one hand, the platform actively attracts workers to enter the industry under the slogan of flexible employment; on the other hand, it imposes incentive measures on full-time riders to improve their loyalty to work, and makes use of the characteristics of different employment modes and self-adaptive management system to effectively shape the labor order.
